Many of Chow's key works were made for Cinema City and/or Golden Princess and the rights holders outside HK apparently have no interest in licensing these films.

So that means titles such as The Killer, Hard-Boiled, City on Fire, Full Contact, etc., are currently unavailable.

Ah yes, I do remember reading something about Golden Princess. They are no longer into films.

Presumably the HK rights holders could do something better?
