Why is Amazon US still not shipping some SteelBooks to Canada or the UK?

It seems that Amazon has been prioritizing sales for their respective countries.

Items still in stock close to release dates or after release dates then become available for out of country buyers.

So it seems

These rules aren't necessarily applied to all SteelBooks but they do seem to apply to a lot of them.

If you really want to know the answer you could always try contacting Amazon UK.

For steelbooks especially it could be that the distributor has agreed an exclusive steelbook for a certain country with one seller BUT the design it has licensed is the same as one generally available in the US (or has a different licensed seller) so it won't 'allow' it to be sent to somewhere where it's getting money from for exclusivity.

I was expecting green and blue like the theatrical poster not purple and orange but still cool design.

If you're anywhere outside of the UK, you won't be able to pre-order it. It will just say "temporarily out of stock." It's not sold out.

Hard to know for sure. The Best Buy steelbook for Godzilla:KotM was different than the UK version, so the US might also have different artwork for this one.
