It’s definitely not one of the best movies but it has it’s moments. I like the Rodriguez room and I love the Tarantino room.

It has a release. It was released in Germany.

One of the main reasons Death Proof got its own release was because Grindhouse did poorly in theaters.
Exactly! Thanks for explaining it to him.

I'm the same way, but with my feelings on those two segments reversed. I love Rodriguez's Misbehavers segment, and used to rent the movie specifically to watch it. I still think it's hilarious. I also really like Tarantino's segment, and think it closes the movie out well. The opening half of the film is weaker, but has grown on me over the years.

I picked up the German import; I like watching the last 2 segments before or after watching From Dusk Till Dawn.

I can relate to everything you said. The first half has grown on me over the years too. I also used to think it was a great double feature to From Dusk Till Dawn.

End of Days appears to be OOP, not sure if anyone already listed it or not. I was able to snag a used copy for $15

Always seemed like a good candidate for Scream.

This happened to me with a third party seller on Amazon recently for the OOP "I am Chris Farley" documentary blu ray. Everything in the description stated it was the blu ray but ended up being a dvd with a dvd case once it arrived. Amazon has a strange policy now where you can't send back dvds to third party sellers, so if there is an issue like this Amazon will just go ahead and refund you themselves without you having to send the package back. Luckily I was able to find another used blu ray copy and that ended up being a legit blu ray.

Yea. Im definitely a fan of that amazon policy. Glad you were able to get a bluray copy! I missed out on that one. Thanks for the reminder though! Just bought in on vudu for $5 (currently on sale).

Amazon is also really good with refunds for their own marketplace. I ordered a used copy of The Boys Next Door. I didnt see any scratches, but I also didnt get around to watching it until 3 months later. It skipped about an hour into the movie, and I then noticed that it had a very tiny dent in the disk. I told amazon, and to my surprise, they let me return it for a full refund.

Amazon is awesome when it comes to returns. I recently made a mistake and ordered two of the same movie. Even though it was my mistake they told me to just keep it and gave me my money back. It was a cheap movie but I thought that was great customer service.

Return it and ask for a refund and leave negative feedback if it's eBay. They deserve it for messing with you. I had this happen like once and it was on Amazon through a third party seller. I know how you feel.

For sure. Already asked for a refund, and will definitely be writing a review.

Negative feedback? What if it is an honest mistake? Don't you think that is too harsh assuming they take full care of the return?

All I know is that I've had to return at least two different things twice over in the last few months, meaning returning the same title twice on at least two different items, because Amazon is getting shoddier and shoddier with their shipping/warehouse holdings. Then with the last thing I returned, for some reason they never registered receiving it, and I had to badger them for weeks just to get the refund. So I've lost sympathy for Amazon, and am quitting Prime. Even eBay is more reliable lately.

Id argue its manly just to let other people be aware that this might happen with this seller. If hes selling an oop movie, its worth noting so the buyer doesn't loose out on a chance getting the movie elsewhere while they're waiting for it to be shipped, which is what happened to me. Although I may have found an alternative route, so lets hope that works out.It was also apparently shipped from Walmart, which the listing gave no indication of. I don't know. Still waiting for them to respond. For all I know they have a bluray laying around that they can send to me. We'll see what happens.

Sorry. Didn't mean to derail the thread.

People on eBay leave negative feedback for far less. It's really up to them if they want to or not. Communication is always key before leaving any bad feedback to resolve an issue. Me personally I would in this case or at least a neutral. If the seller made this mistake they could make it again in the future so in a way a negative can help someone out to not buy from them if they are questioning the seller. Either way the seller goofed big time here.

You can check their completed listings to see if they also sold a DVD version of Mystery Men. If it's not there it's likely just a goof on the seller, wrong UPC. I hope they have it though it can't hurt to reach out and see if they have a brand new BD version.
