and some people attacked Warner for doing it... They were ahead the curve. Now Disney, Sony and Universal are doing kinda the same.

How are Sony and Universal doing the same? They're the only 2 doing theatrical only.

I have Peacock (still a horrible service name) only because of the WWE Network content, so I guess I could this a shot. Although, the original did nothing for me, so we’ll see if double the babies will be double the fun.

Didn't know that.

You'd think Spirit 2 would be a better choice for Peacock simultaneous release.

Sony sold their animated films to Netflix. They're not doing the same since they are not even releasing them in theaters.

honestly I thought I was going to go deaf - the volume sounded like it was amped up to '11'

the only positive thing I can say about this movie is that animation is really good, the script... eh, yeah, no

Having said that, no animated movie has ever made better use of a song from RHPS

i'm not talking only about same day release. I'm talking about selling/sending movies directly to streaming services. Sony sold The Mitchells Vs the machines and Vivo to Netflix. Last year they sold Greyhound to Apple too and maybe there are more but i don't remember them now.
