Any online photoshop-like programs?

Gotcha. I don't use them; but don't Picasaweb and ImageShack have some basic editing features? That is kind of a wild guess, as like I said I don't use those programs at all.

Photobucket does as well. I was kind of surprised at how many tools they have now. Nothing to really replace Photoshop, but simple enough tools to take care of simple things that aren't worth booting PS up for.

Photoshop has a web version that does the basic photo editing stuff. I just need to find the link.
