Look forward to it not being shown by any UK cinema. Maybe Cineworld will pull through - they're pretty much the only guys showing Black Widow in 3D.

This is on my ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE 3D Blu-ray list. Last 2 are great in 3D.

Not thrilled that we have to wait another year for this, but if it means we get a proper 3D version...

Nice to see a new Jurassic World 3D title, and while Jurassic World has solid medium to sometimes strong 3D layering, unfortunately the same can't be said for the milder 3D layers of Jurassic World 2: Fallen Kingdom, when comparing them side by side.
Of course the Jurassic Park 3D conversion is the strongest of the 3 so far. Hopefully this new film will match that one.

Have to disagree…the last one was widely panned for having very mild 3D even though there were so many opportunities to take advantage of the medium.

In my opinion the 3D quality was best in the original JP and then took a small step down in JW and a big step down from there with JW2.

Hopefully they change course on this one!

The good thing is: The director of Jurassic World is the same as in part 3.
Maybe he is more interested in good 3D.

The reality of the director’s involvement in the quality of 3D these days typically boils down to this:

3D conversion studio communicates with director (typically not in-person—maybe zoom or conference call) prior to the start of the conversion. And they ask a simple question, “on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being barely noticeable and 10 bordering on uncomfortable, how strong do you want the 3D effect?” And most directors will simply respond with 5.

Now some directors will push that to 7 or 8 like James Gunn or Guy Ritchie.

The ones who really give a damn about 3D will opt to shoot the film in native 3D.

So when we talk about directors determining the quality of 3D, there really isn’t much to it for the vast majority of newer movies these days.

I know, the Teaser (This music=goosebumps) ist not new, but its so great to see, that we´ll get a nearly fullscreen picture Looks like 1.85:1 aspect ratio, the same as Jurassic Park 1. This will make the movie and the 3D much more intense.

I´m extremly thrilled to watch this movie in IMAX 3D next year. With Universal we have good chances for a 3D Blu-Ray

Jurassic World: Dominion - Official Teaser Trailer - YouTube
It's 1.90:1, not 1.85:1. It's not the same as the first Jurassic World, that had the 2.00:1 aspect ratio. So we're getting more picture in Dominion than the first movie, which is great to see. Hoping for a 3D Blu-ray as well.

EDIT: My bad, I read it as Jurassic World and not Jurassic Park.

I wrote Jurassic Park not Jurassic World

Thanks, i think you´re right with the aspect ratio of 1.90:1

If i comparte the Trailer of Venom 2 (1.85:1) with the Teaser its a little bit more of the black bars.

Man my excitement level for this is through the roof. Hope IMAX will actually show the 3D version in NA, but if not that’s fine. Just happy it’s in 3D. Please god let this come out on 3D blu ray!

Isn’t 1.90:1 IMAXs format? If I’m right about that and it’s in the IMAX ratio then you can wave goodbye to the chances of getting the opened up aspect ratio on any potential disc sadly
