Paramount SpongeBob on Blu-Ray?

Seriously, how has this never happened? I honestly can't believe that Nickelodeon's most infamous show of all time (IMO) has never had a single season (especially the new ones!) Come to Blu-ray. Though I'd prefer remasters of the original seasons, ideally 1-5, there's nothing! The only Nick show I can think of on Blu-Ray is Avatar, and I would argue that SpongeBob is way more significant in terms of pop culture, not to mention SpongeBob has been on for over 20 years, though that's never really been a factor that studios consider.
My point is, do any of you find this weird, and would you like to see them release the show remastered? They'll do it someday, I'm sure, and when that day comes, I'll be getting it day one, that show was my childhood

It's possible, but probably too expensive and time consuming to do. It is a 20-year-old show after all and physical media is not selling like use to. From a bossiness stand point, I don't see the benefits of doing it.

Agreed, I'd kill for a blu-ray edition of their First 100 Episodes set!

I'll do anything to get Seasons 1, 2 and 3 of our favorite underwater SpongeBoy in physical Hi-Def... So long as Season 3 gets to keep "Mid-Life Crustacean", of course.

You would think Paramount would put it out on Blu-ray considering they just did the Sponge on the Run movie?

This. The show is still going so Nickelodeon probably can't be bothered to release it all on Blu-ray.

Even FOX's The Simpsons isn't all on Blu-ray, and the early seasons were never remastered, just upscaled and cropped.
