I'm sure our orders will ship out soon enough. Most probably they don't usually have nearly this many pre-orders - particularly international orders - that need to be shipped on release day so I'd bet they're going to need a little time to get them all out. My order # was in the 400s.

My order # is 379 and it hasn't shipped yet. I don't care how long it takes, I have many movies I have yet to watch and this one isn't even on my list.

Actually I don't even like the Jumanji movies but the price was good and I wanted to support Random Space Media in the hopes they will release more of the movies I do want to buy.

This will probably stay unopened on the shelf for a very long time

I don't mind waiting either, but what bugs me is the lack of communication or transparency. They were certainly eager to hype up this release on social media with a countdown timer ticking down the seconds until orders would supposedly be shipped. But they have provided no updates to most international customers since then and have not responded to any of my emails or messages via social media.

They've had my $30 for nearly a month now and I have nothing to show for it. At least don't take my money until you actually ship the package.

Sorry if I sound like a grumpy old man... I guess that's what I'm turning into.

It posted to my credit card just a couple of days after I placed the order on July 2. I've already paid my credit card statement that had the charge.

It's apparently very common for smaller labels to take money at time of preorder. I mean, they don't have insane profit margins like a huge retailer and they are probably relying on some of that cash to help pay for the product in the first place.

To answer your question, pretty sure RSM takes the money as a full charge the second you order (or preorder).

Where does it say Payment Pending? Your bank/credit card website or on the Random Space Media website?

My order doesn't even show up in my account at Random Space Media thanks to the launch of their redesigned website.

I pre-ordered the day they went up and do not have a shipping notice. But I also got the e-mail about their new website several days after others were reporting it here. So maybe I'm just in their backlog in general. It's a bit disappointing they can't ship everything within a couple days.

I am planning to watch both of them back to back in 3D when mines comes. And maybe I'll watch Zathura on Netflix afterwards.

Also, as for the jump in the order numbers to over 1000, I assume that's because of their new website. I doubt they got 500 orders in a day.

I also wanted to say I don't think there's anything wrong with posting a link to the Random Space Media thread in this thread. If no one says anything, then posters here may not find out about it.

I emailed them and they responded within 5 mins with my tracking number.

And yup time to refresh the tracking multiple times a day. lol
