Peter Burton in Dr. No
Desmond Llewelyn from From Russia With Love to The World Is Not Enough
John Cleese in Die Another Day (he's R in The World Is Not Enough)
Ben Whishaw in Skyfall, Spectre and No Time To Die.

No contest, Desmond. Cleese woulda been great had he been able to garner more 007's under his belt. In a way, he was an extension of Llewellyn. Ben Winshaw is cool, but he just doesn't have the much needed humorous charm and is simply too 21st century for my tastes.

At this point, Llewelyn's body of work, along with the fact that he has worked with almost all Bond actors (except Craig of course), keeps him in a league of his own!
