Now it's time to Criterion to re-release all the film that should've been released in 4k in the first place. The Elephant Man, Parasite, Crash, The Irishman ect.

The Irishman would be nice, but the others have perfectly good UHDs that you can import for reasonable prices(And the Parasite UHD goes for $10 sometimes). I’d rather see them keep upgrading titles that really need it.

Only the movies that are new or available from other labels? There are many other 4K-scanned Blu-rays I would want upgraded.

Dekalog (More to fix the compression issues than for the higher res.)
The Bitter Tears of Petra von Kant, Fear Eats the Soul
I Knew Her Well
Portrait of a Lady on Fire
Alice in the Cities
Midnight Cowboy

I like all my Fassbinder movies, but I would only upgrade some. This list also assumes Arrow and Studio Canal don't do some of these first. If they did, I would get their cheaper versions. I probably missed several. Don't feel like looking through my whole collection for what was restored in 4K.
