btw: putting Basic Instinct on that list is kind of funny since Lionsgate has apparently refused to release Studio Canal's 4k remaster in the US. It's import only.

I didn't mention anything in regard the US getting a new remastered version.

I just pointed out that what is in the twitter thread is NOT pertaining to the US release since StudioCanalUK is referring to THEIR version.

But I guess this is pertaining to MattBowers2020's comment; This U.S. release is supposed to be getting a NEW 4K transfer apparently.

But my points are;
a) it has NOT been confirmed anywhere that the US will be getting new discs as of yet. I hope we do, but there is no confirmation of this.

b) Lionsgate does not release ALL things that have been released by StudioCanal outside of the US. Even though they could.
