Kino's announcement reminded me, if VS does indeed opt for some foreign titles in future Televised Terror sets, I caught up with a giallo hybrid recently that should be a strong contender. Shortly into Closed Circuit, a man is shot dead while viewing a spaghetti western at his local cinema. What follows is a fascinating film in which the place we go to escape reality becomes the very fabric from which it is torn down.

Also, I wonder if Nightmare on the 13th Floor is still stuck with Paramount.

I'm not justifying anything.

Here's a helpful hint, close your eyes, pick any VS title you own and odds are it's a 3 - 5 out of 10 film. It's one of the reasons I don't spend time with long winded reviews, you give a handful of these films to someone who's a casual film viewer and a week later they won't be able to tell you which was which. I know this but I still subscribe. Nothing wrong with that, people know smoking and drinking is bad for you but the tobacco and alcohol industries are doing just fine.

Long story short - VS said NO release of anything called "Night of the Living Dead" in any format. However, nothing was said about a 4K release of the remake of "Night of the Flesh Eaters".

Update: Pulse's Marilyn Jess double-feature will announced on October 26th. This will be the VS co-release. They will also be announcing another X-rated double-feature that day, with movies starring Richard Allan. So 4 titles total, plus 2 books. Got that cleared up from them.

Yeah, Since June was Partner Month I would say any title from July and up will be full price (July was Killer's Delight, The Lamp, and Through the Fire). Also, I vaguely remember they said something about VSU stuff not getting a full discount. I could be misremembering but 4k LE stuff will never drop below $40 even during sales. I think there was a tweet or something about that.

Should be end of the month, but they haven't announced a date yet. Flesh for Frankenstein is going to be a regular release in the month of November most likely. There was a title listed on the schedule as Horror 4k UHD/3D, which is hard to imagine is anything but FfF. They mentioned Censor (2021) would be available for pre-order later in the month so that sounds like a Black Friday pre-order.
