Watched Captain America Civil War in preparation for watching Black Widow later this weekend.
I don't need much excuse to rewatch this one. Love the Airport battle in glorious full screen.
I would rebuy Avengers IW and Endgame in a heartbeat if they re-released those as the IMAX versions.

I too was initially worried I received the wrong set since the cover had no mention of 3D. But then saw the label and opened the case to find a separate 3D disc.

I just watched Infinity War again in 3D and I have to say that this is probably the best 3D that Marvel has done. Wow... could you imagine what it would be like to have the IMAX scenes included. Russos should have only done all the fight scenes in IMAX and I bet we would have it just like Black Widow and Captain Marvel... dang there was no point in shooting all of it in IMAX IMHO. Oh well... only reason I started to watch it is because of Black Widow in 3D.. which I watched yesterday and have to say that Infinity War and End Game is just a notch above in 3D quality but lacks the IMAX ratio.

Tonight we watched Valerian And The City Of A Thousand Planets.

It wasn't bad as bad as I feared. IMO it went on a bit too long but I enjoyed the 3D, alien life forms and honestly I thought the two lead actors did a good job.

Of course I'm totally unfamiliar with the Valerian comic so what do I know eh? LOL

Not bad for the price paid and I can definitely confirm the French Steelbook 3D disc plays in a Sony Region A player.

I bought it from rarewaves on amazon France. It was new and only $15.01 (12,37 euro) including shipping!
I was thrilled to get such a good deal and the steelbook arrived in perfect condition

I got my copy from them too along with many other titles...The CGI in Valerian is outstanding and the 3D excellent at times. Really enjoyed Rhiannas cameo and dance routine. A must have for any fan of sci-fi.

Had the neighbors and their grandkids over for a 3d movie night yesterday.

We started with the intro to Grand Canyon adventure: River at risk.

Kids were hilarious jumping out of their seats grabbing at the water droplets flying out towards them. This is definitely my favorite 3D scene and blows people's minds whenever I show it.

We then watched Madagascar 3. This has to be in my top 5 3D presentations. The vibrant colors, non stop popouts, amazing animation and good storyline make this an absolute blast for both kids and grownups alike.

After a brief intermission we watched some of the more spectacular sequences from Godzilla versus Kong before the kids had to go to bed.

WOW! This is the most expensive BD3D I have ever purchased but boy is it worth every penny.

The incredible special effects combined with the absolutely sensational sound mix make for a mind blowing cinematic experience. LOVE the sound design and music from this reference quality title. The 3D might not be top tier but when combined the sound and visuals its right up there with any of the 3d Blu-ray discs I own.

Suffice to say my guests were definitely 3D converts after watching these movies in the way EVERYONE should have the chance to view them.

Long live Blu-ray 3D...

The Boss Baby, absolutely excellent in every way!, 3rd watch since it was released. I just hope that the sequel Boss baby Family Business is released on 3D Blu ��

Watched Beauty and the Beast in 3D for the first time. I didn't expect much for a movie that was released initially in 2D. Great 3-D with lots of pop-outs!

I imported the Japanese Black Widow 3D blu-ray and I love it! The movie itself was mediocre at best, in my opinion. But the 3D quality is outstanding! Marvel has always had the best 3D quality for the longest time and I will continue to buy their 3D blu-rays as long as there is an outlet for me to purchase it. Keeping my fingers crossed for a Shang-Chi 3D blu-ray. Oh, and I'm happy to say that the Black Widow 3D blu-ray contains the IMAX open aspect ratio in select scenes! Which makes me very happy since IMAX doesn't even do 3D releases in the States anymore.

Received Jumanji next level replacement disc today... loaded and played without incident on my Oppo. I can say now the movie was good having watch it twice in a week. The 3D is very good, glad I went to the trouble and replaced first defective disc, thanks to those who gave me advice, much appreciated.

I'm so glad you got the replacement. This at least proves the problems are random and not part of defective pressing or specific to certain players.

What differences did you notice between the oppo and your other player?
