This disc looks pretty definitive. A great transfer that seems to take the best of all the various ones and the original mono presented in robust fashion! I'm so stoked for this!

Did color correction for Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives

Without announcing them. These were discovered after release. It is not beyond the realm of possibility that while making the DTS-HD MA track for the proper mono track, that Scream did some stealth remastering.

Even if Shout didn't alter it, as long as they don't actually say "this is ripped from a laserdisc yo" then who at Criterion would even realise it was 'their' track unless they took the time to rip the Shout disc, extract the mono audio, locate the ripped LD mono and then compare the two waveforms? Mr Kline and Co. literally have better things to be doing than chasing up a movie that they lost the rights to a long, long time ago.

I just had to asked are folks already selling Halloween complete boxset bluray shout factory besides fact 6-8 or rob zombie Halloween's not coming out yet.

in favor of instead prob double dip on 78 4k I guess along with 2-5?, I would done this not sure about new 78 4k, however I decided to wait and just focus on getting universal monsters 4k despite not big fan invisible man instead next tues

Let’s hope that Shout found a sound bite of Jamie Lee Curtis saying the word “it” and pasted it in front of “was the boogeyman.” And raise the “it” by about twenty decibels so we can clearly hear it. I want the walls to vibrate with that “it.”

I will never sell my set, even if a new and improved 4K set comes out. That set is special to me.
