have to admit, all the activity these recent prices have been getting is great. i just may have to keep an eye out in june for these 13.99 deals savguy keeps givings up the headsup for. just a question... how come you guys dont have more promo's for the catalog titles that are released throughout the year.. Enemy at the Gates, Paycheck, Knockaround Guys are all ones i would have jumped on at 13.99. also i think the free shipping on orders of 3 or more should bcome a standard thing and you'll sell TONS more titles.

Well I have been thinking of joining this site, especially seeing that they are waiving the membership fee right now. Shipping at $1.99 a disc or 3+ at $5.99 isn't bad. I was almost sold when I saw the new $13.99 The Day The Earth Stood Still... until I read some comments here... So they count a blu like TDTEST as 3 discs? Do they charge $1.99 x 2 if you purchase a blu which has a digital copy?

It will cost you 5.99 (of shipping for TDEST). If you order 2 more titles it's will be a good price... ( the average cost of shipping by blu,s will drop...)

On May 12th, a 48 hour free shipping code was issued. That might happen again at some point?

They have also given $5 off an order of $23.99 or more on a couple of occasions.

So you could make multiple orders and get $5 off each.

I'll be picking up both new $13.99 titles this week. Even if I was only picking up TDTEST it would still be worth it though. I've certainly never seen that title for $19.98 + tax anywhere else, although since a lot of you seem to think it's not worth it at that price, perhaps you guys have.

i liked the old one a lot, i think thats what ruined it for me, i thought the new one was just flashy without the whole story behind the first

I just got back from vacation Sunday night.

I saw Princess Bride for $13.99 and should have ordered it then, but I was tired. I went in Monday to order... and it was back to regular price.

Not much in the $13.99 price point interests me at the moment.

Lesson learned, I guess.

You can get it for $18 in the HMV sale if you trade in an old DVD for the $7 discount.

Got my Slumdog Millionaires today (one for me, two for friends). Unfortunately, there was actually blood on the box in a couple of spots (at least what I and others that I showed it to assumed was blood). Obviously no idea if it was done at CH or by Canada Post, but it was kinda shocking since it seemed to be a couple of pretty big drops. Pretty frickin' gross.

Finally bit on TDTESS...didn't want to hold out any longer. Picked up a couple of other items to soften the blow of the $5.99 shipping.

Took advantage of the "bogo" code this time, too: picked up the SD version of American Gangster; always wanted to see it. If I really like it, I might pick it up on Blu!
