I shit you not it looks perfectly YELLOW and BLACK on the Lionsgate 4K Disc, also it's 23.976 FPS, unlike the SHOUTS 24FPS Lock. No YELLOW with some added GREEN mixing bleeding colors from the leaves like you are noticing. I noticed that 76 Ford Pinto was probably the Ford Yellow Green paint code and it looked off, but that sign clearly shows the colors are off 100%. But like you said you can adjust it and get pretty close, but I bet it still bleeds. I remember playing around before Kino redid that nice 4K of The Good The Bad The Ugly with colors. Anyway yes, I prefer the LIONSGATE REDs, GREENs, and now YELLOWS. +Smoother compression, and true 23.976 FPS over SHOUT/SCREAMS 24 Locked fps on their Halloween 1 but both are better than the old Blu-DVD's. It's nice talking to someone who doesn't argue about just tells it like it is and how they actually see it in motion haha. But I don't feel a need to do side upgrades between these two 4K discs available. I just deal with what I have a Lionsgate 4K I paid 7.99 for and the New Scream HII (Love the Stereo Lossless on that). I only prefer Halloween 78,81 and the 2018 and ups so I don't desire any more pick-ups (Avoiding 3-10) until they complete their new trilogy. Pick that up in all 4K.

You can tell some people aren't sensitive or criticizing/discernable to color here. They will look and notice if they compare both though. They care more about Compression, Sharpening, Grain structure, artifacts, and what is safe to argue over with ZOOM CAPS. You found an easy spot that anyone can check and dive into and see for themselves what they think. Will they probably not so I get another laugh today so thanks

On further thought. This is why you don't make the SKY overly BLUE like I pointed out earlier 500 pages back in this thread

when you see the NORMALLY WHITE highways signs BLUE that says HADDONFIELD you have to question it.

If you mix in more BLUE than was originally there like SCREAM did you get Blue HIGHWAY signs, HADDONFIELD SIGN, and then with a YELLOW RAILROAD crossing sign it becomes GREENISH because you elevated the BLUES and the sign is near GREEN TREE LEAVES. WHOOPSIE! Enjoy.

Did you order the vinyl or just the UHDs? If I were you, Creasy babes, I'd cancel and just order elsewhere. I'd be pissed if I'd pre-ordered direct and nothing had been dispatched a week past release date. If anything, ordering direct tends to result in items arriving early!

Completely agree. If I didn’t want the vinyl and the black deluxe boxes I would have cancelled and purchased elsewhere.

I only ordered H1, H2, and H3 discs and posters. I would cancel, but they're out of stock everywhere. Just hoping they ship this week, at the very least.

It's actually the reason I bought a stand-alone player finally awhile back - I was using my XBOX Series X, but it doesn't do Dolby Vision...

That explains my disappointment with the disc. My Xbox is my 4K player. To me this transfer looks slightly washed out and almost out of focus at times. Based on the almost universal praise for it I gathered my equipment was to blame.

I absolutely loved the default mono track, though. That's the best I've ever heard the movie outside the theater.

Yeah, they would have had to add more blue to get the sign to look green. I can't think of any other reason why it is off.

Except that 24fps is actually CORRECT…but don’t let that stop you from bending over backward to find another issue with a release you already despise.
