BestBuy stores' inventory shows quantity of 0 coming in to the stores for release day as of yesterday Thursday 10/15. Same for the Scream SteelBook. (This could change by release date)

This. As someone who actually enjoyed both previous Joe movies, I had high hopes for this one. Clearly the studio directions said "compete with the nick cage film of the same name for worst movie with the same name."

But if they will give any and every movie the steelbook treatment, I am eagerly awaiting the (awesome art please!) late 80s classic "The Wizard" with Fred Savage and Christian Slater.

My order was canceled because of Best Buy’s garbage payment system. They sent me a new Best Buy credit card with the same exact number and new expiration date. Despite updating the card on my profile with the new date, I have to reprocess every single payment for all of my pre-orders individually. I missed the email last night for this one and they canceled it. Thankfully it was still available but I guess I’ll be getting it after Tuesday now.

Paramount has delay issues, not jut for their SteelBooks, their "Halloween titles; What Lies Beneath, Relic, etc.". had delays but eventually they were made available to the warehouses, same thing with this one, they had a small batch that barely made it on time and that was what shipped out, this is not a Justice League type of issue, BestBuy stores should be getting these trickling towards the mid or end of the week, inventory is just late and not just best buy, for everyone.

I got my copy. There’s no BB Exclusive sticker on it.

I just saw a pic of the steelbook online and...yup, it has both the 1080p disc and 2160p disc together, thankfully.

Yeah, it seems it's not really an "exclusive". haha

I believe other retailers are getting the same exact one. There seems to only be one version of this in the US.

Anyone who has purchased it from a place other than BB can probably verify this hopefully.

Well this arrived and my heart sunken in, I really couldn't believe they shipped it like this:



But to my surprise this beauty is 100% mint and super glossy, no paint chips, no dents, pristine!







Too bad I haven't heard anything good about the film, ill watch tonight!

It was a decent martial arts action movie but that's about it, if you took away the G.I. Joe Origins part of the title then you would never be able to guess that it had anything to do with G.I. Joe in any way. Would be curious to see where they would go with a sequel or a full G.I. Joe reboot movie which may never happen.
