I updated my firmware too but I’m still seeing the same issue, it’s pretty noticeable on the menu. I’m wondering if it has anything to do with my display, what are you watching on?

All versions suck so it's really a who cares scenario IMHO.

We all like our crappy Halloween 78 editions even a TV Cut on DVD-8.5GB is TOTALLY cool in 2021!

Original Color Timing on DVD LOL...

Explains a lot. DVD or Blu-Ray is created and distributed in the REC. 709 color gamut. The issue with this is that it only represents a small portion of the visible spectrum of colors. The standard used in commercial cinema has more colors and is called DCI P3.

That's odd. I updated my firmware tonight (to 1.69) and the flickering is gone. The picture quality does look pretty amazing for 90% of the film.

I could've done with a bit more grain on part 1. Although comparing it to the SF boxset, one I can't see that much more grain in that one, imo.

Dont get me wrong, I like her too. But whenever she says "totally" it sounds so weird to me.

Watching this movie again was a blast. I absolutely loved it. I "totally" forgot that you see Michael without his mask a couple times and it was strange to me to see.

also because of the credits, I realized Michael is 23 years old in this movie. A detail I didnt notice before.

I also have never watched the extended TV version. I cant wait to watch it.
