I don’t suppose there’s been any news about the missing extras?

I do care and I do understand. Personally, I've never liked how the spoiler tabs work if the image is "huge ass", you have to click the tab, then resize the image then the tab again. So I generally just link the pictures themselves, plus if you add thumbnails (which I've now done) you're exposing members to adverts if you click them.

Not sure how you're browsing is set up, but the images should be cached, you should only have to load them once, so loading the pages should be fairly painless. But they're thumbnailed now.

@chip75 which of the two versions of the images you put up is the better of the two in other words more accurate looking.

Between the shots from the title sequence and the comparisons from the episodes themselves? The shots from the episodes look far better, look at the one with the plane and the flames, the flame has far more detail. The title sequence looks very clean, but it's been upscaled and filtered.

No release of an animated series is going to be perfect from this era, but this looks well done. I haven't gone through it all, but I'd say it's slightly better than Batman: The Animated Series, which had some funkiness going on.

Mine is estimated between the 5th and 12th of November. I usually always get it sooner though.

So the brighter images then I thought so. shame they didn’t bother to update the opening to match the show.

So what is the general consensus thus far regarding this set? Worth getting? Any errors or missing pieces?

No errors found so far. Missing a few bonuses from the DVDs, and the opening theme is upscaled, but the picture quality does seem to be a pretty good improvement. I'd say worth a buy, but I wouldn't blame anyone for waiting a bit longer for the price to drop.

The same thing happend with Batman TAS. Not every extra from the 4 DVD volumes ended up in the Blu Ray set.

As for next year maybe The Batman? Though personally I'd love for a complete Super Friends set. Having them all on DVD across many different sets is on, but altogether for the first time would be great.

They're in HD on HBO Max, so I think a blu-ray set is likely.

Sorry if this has been noted before, but what bonus features are missing from this Blu-Ray release that the DVD release had?

I'm hoping for Static Shock. Only thing missing to complete the DCAU. The Zeta Project I can take it or leave it. That show was okay but it barely fits in with the rest of shows.

It don’t matter any way the zeta project ended on a cliffhanger. so watching would just annoy any one who would be fans of it anyway sadly.

I remember watching it as a kid and enjoying my time with it, didn't remember it not having a proper ending though. Either way Zeta i'm cool with not hitting the format.

Static Shock though was great and worthy of getting a blu. It was a well written and fun show and had some cool crossovers with the other shows.

This review has a list:

Not included here are the commentaries for "Tools of the Trade," "Brave New Metropolis," "World's Finest Part 1," "Apokolips...Now! Part 2," "New Kids in Town," and "Legacy Part 2," along with the "Apokolips...Now! Part 1" easter egg commentary and "Superman: Behind the Cape" featurette from Superman: The Animated Series - Volume Three.

The review also says the error version of Apokolips Now Part 2 is on the set:
