Why would you think them switching DTS would mean that they'd re-release a film and remaster the sound on a film which probably has pretty poor sound to begin with and magically add channels/remix it?

It's a TrueHD 2.0 track, probably the original. It's how it was released in theatres. They'd have to go back and remix it.
