E3 starts on the 1st but the dates listed say june 2-4? And as for mega announcements it always goes the same way. There is always some big secret news that insiders supposedly hear of then go insane from the news and they have to all clean the stains they made in their underwear after hearing this so called news that created a total eclipse, and the earth trembled, and made god open the seven seals. Then E3 comes and they have good stuff sometimes even great stuff. But nothing ever earth shattering. I wont hold my breath for when it comes to life altering announcements.

I wish Sega would announce Daytona for PSN with new HD graphics and 32 player online!!!

LOL!! Isn't that the truth!! Every year it's so inevitable. Everyone gets so hyped up over E3, hoping that their console of choice will have some earth shattering news, only to be left disappointed.

Regarding Sony, the only "big" announcement I care to see is a price cut. MAYBE announce cross game chat for PSN. Other than that, I would just prefer that they stay the course and continue to show off their amazing exclusives. As long as they show off GOW3, Trico, Uncharted 2, Gran Turismo 5, Heavy Rain, MAG, DC Universe, Ratchet and Clank, etc. I'm good!

Regarding my wish list for unannounced games, here's my shortlist....

Jak and Daxter
Twisted Metal
Wipeout sequel
Syphon Filter

...and a crap load of rpg's like a new Kingdom Hearts, Dark Cloud 3, FF7 remake, etc.

Gametrailers tv is doing a ore e3 special right now and they are about to premier the new Bethesda game. They already announced that this years madden will have online coop

I believe it's RPG.
The cat was let out of the bag when Bethesda had to get the trademark for the games name.
Spring 2010, the trailer doesn't show anything as far as what the game will be like.

Yes I can't wait for all of this myself as well. Plus I am very keen on hearing about the new rumored PSP. All of this, and I do say we Sony fans will have an extremely pleasant E3.

Im just hoping for a GOW release date, I know we know around what time but I want a date, makes me feel more relaxed

Yeah release dates take the edge off for me as well. Until they delay it at least.

Is that Splinter Cell Conviction supposed to be for PS3!? I thought it was "360 exclusive"?

I'd be happy if it comes out regardless.

I'm not sure. To be honest, I've never been a huge Splinter Cell fan. Give me Metal Gear Solid anyday of the week and twice on Sunday. I would like to see a new PS3 Syphon Filter though.

Agreed to both. I am not saying that Splinter Cell is better than either of these games (not that you did either), but I did enjoy the Splinter Cell games so far, and it would be a shame not to see the new one on PS3. I REALLY would love a PS3 Syphon Filter game too.

Man, I sure hope they would announce Gran Tursmo 5 via a debut gameplay and teaser. If not, I'll be at the Polyphony Digital studios, with a appointment for Kazonuri Yamauchi, with a vengeance.

Plus, I'm so psyched for The Beatles: Rock Band gameplay! I've been a life-long Beatles fan, and I'm so glad Harmonix made the right decision working with the former Beatles while in production with the game.
