Pretty much.

Exactly. People love attention. This person goes to great pains to SHOW the viewer what they WANT to see. He never OFFERS anything other than what you see. Hell, even the barcode is only different by a couple numbers which do not make sense in the grand scheme of things.

Again, there is not view of the other side of the disc. No receipt copy. Hell, like I said, you can see the SECURITY DEVICE ENCLOSED sticker on the side, yet the top portion that usually states what DISC is in the case has been removed save for some of the white. Too convenient if your trying to prove a case.

My point. If you can find it, anyone can.

Receipt, the back of the disc, the disc shown loading/playing on a ps3, something to prove otherwise. After all, this is the internet

I would question it's authenticity if he posted a single photo. However, he posted 5 different photos. Heck, even a few of them he gave us macro shots. I say it's real.

Maybe when he sells it on eBay for $200 you'll believe him then?

The ironic thing about this is that IF there were so many copies leaked out to the public on the day it was supposed to be released why is it that we have yet to see ANY on Ebay? Don't you think some would have showed up there by now?

That's the thing. I don't think there were that many leaked copies. So far, it looks like Paramount did a decent job of collecting them.

Paramount must have deliberately delayed shipping out the movies to resellers (or never made them) because of the hd-dud deal in the works.
If they had made it to stores (and then been recalled) we would have see a lot more of these things by now, guaranteed.
Ask anybody in management, corporate or retail level, or warehousing about this recall, they have even heard of it, so it probably never happened.
I think the only way to get one (if they really exist) is to know a paramount exec or a guy who works in the warehouse they would be sitting in now; or just burn your own BD, from hd-dud source.

Trust me, this was not an overnight decision on the part of Paramount. They've know for a while now that they are declaring HD DVD exclusivity. I think that there were no shipments made to any retailers, be it online or B&M. They never distributed the movie in the first place.

Crop in the Bluray disc pic onto the disc would mean that you had a bluray disc to crop from, so why, if a disc exsists to crop from, couldn't this be a real disc too?

To me, I don't care cause the movie sucked in my opinion, but I do believe there were at least some discs made, for retail or not.

If he had shown a recipt, would you not say it was photoshopped also?

Looks like the real deal to me. I rented BoG a few nights ago and it was pretty funny. Not a "must own" HD movie imo though, comedies in HD just aren't something I normally buy. Of my 40 movies only 2 are comedies. Talladega (freebie with PS3) & Ice Age:The Meltdown.
