I am using a old Logitech Harmony One for all my equipment, probably got it around 2008.
Could not be happier, programmable touch screen buttons and every button on the remote is programmable to discrete commands or macros...

Can it pull up Audio Delay from the 820 on screen during playback, or is it stuck in the home settings?

Looks like the UB9000 at $799.99 from Woot is gone. That was probably the best deal one was going to find for a premium player. Glad I picked up a second.

If you want a premium player and don’t need SACD/DVD-A then this is the player to get.

I’m hoping it comes back in stock at Amazon 1st party. I have over $300 in gift cards that I want to use towards it. I almost jumped on the Woot deal, but it was gone when I went back to it.

I've been rocking the same since around the same time as you and I absolutely love the thing. I just bought a new battery for it because I don't want to give it for a while yet.

I also much prefer the older interface it uses for programming.

You can use whatever codes are available in the database for the unit, and whatever you can find elsewhere and capture codes from the original remote. As an example, I have had approximate 20 commands added by the support for my Onkyo receiver which did not exist in their database. AFAIK, there is no discrete command available to adjust the audio delay.

I ended up just buying it from Best Buy full price (minus a 10% off coupon I had) and got the four year Geek Squad plan with it.

Wish I could stack my 10% off Best Buy coupon with a price match, but it doesn't work. I tried last week on an Xbox controller and it didn't. The guy gave it to me anyways though because the line was long and he was flustered. Don't know if I could pull it off twice though..

You have to go into the Settings menu to change the Audio Delay. Panasonic doesn't have an Audio Delay setting in anything that is accessible during playback.

How do you play blu Rays In HDR on a TV like what are the proper settings they will only play in 4K In SDR not HDR?

It will do it automatically (assuming you mean UHDs not BDs). But you should have some options to adjust contrast/brightness trade-offs.

You don't have to worry about Blu-rays.
