Just had a delay notification for the UK set on amazon. Seems on there and HMV the date has been pushed back to a placeholder of 2024 and 2025 respectively. I guess it's so they can sort out the issues found on the US set first.

Unless you meant DV as something other than Dolby Vision, I think you're in luck because the Kino has Dolby Vision, and according to a few people on the forum the Warner disc does not, despite indications to the contrary (including the packaging!)

Received an email from Amazon U.K. saying the estimated delivery date for The Max Max 4k anthology box set has been postponed and that they will email me again when they have a new delivery date. Place holder date of December 2025. Looks like WB is taking action and not sending out defective discs and they are fixing the problem before they are delivered to U.K. customers. I haven’t been able to find out if the The Road Warrior doc is on the Mad Max 2 disc though? Does anybody know please? |

Their new website is up now, so no way to track orders made via the old one, not that their order statuses were particular informative (basically goes from Processing straight to Complete with nothing inbetween).

They are very difficult to get a reply from eventually managed to cancel my order of the 4k set after many emails , don't like not being able to cancel myself manually very sharp practice indeed have learned my lesson , avoid !

Emailed them on monday to ask what was happening in light of the recall in the US. They promptly relied saying they were'nt aware of any issues with the set. Emailed them again on Tuesday to cancel once I'd heard about the delay and asked for a refund since they had already taken payment. Not so prompt with a reply this time. Still waiting to hear from them.
