A newer version is available to buy in the store, (cover art and distributor appear to be the only differences though).
The Apple TV app is poor in distinguishing the differences between the two. However, if you search on an iphone or an ipad in iTunes; you will see the current version is the only one available.

Mulholland Drive also 4K DV in the UK. Double Jeopardy 4K DV in the US and UK.

Original version also upgraded in the US. That actually was relatively fast for WB.

Still waiting on The Outsiders original versions to upgrade.

The 4K Paramount version is rental only.

We are in the middle of a pandemic in case anyone missed it.

Posting "news" about a title being available in 4K only needs to be done once.

How hard was it to read the thread to see that someone already told the guy it was old news?

I got under your skin. You should sign up for sensitivity classes with that rant.

I'm guity of posting old information but when someone points it out, I don't have a conniption about it.
