The one that you want is the S1, it just came out a few weeks ago, and Best Buy has it on their website, but it isn't in stock yet.
Not quite - Panasonic is listing the motion resolution - in other words how many lines of a moving picture can be resolved.

Most CCFL-LCD sets score around 300~500 lines of motion resolution, but not many people would say they're not a "true 1080 display".

The Pioneer KURO sets score 880~920 motion resolution, just like the U1, but they're 1080p sets. Any set with a 1920x1080 progressive panel like the U1 is a true 1080p set. It will pass a 1080p bandwidth testing, displaying all 1920x1080 pixels of a static image.

Cool new AV and title, doby! I see you've really gotten into Roland's tale.

Thanks!

Yeah, about 250 pages into Wolves of the Calla and showing no signs of slowing down. III-Wastelands has been my favourite book so far, but I did really enjoy Wizard and Glass immensely.

This is an AWESOME story, shaping up to be my favourite of all time.

LOL

Okay, back OT. To the OP, the set you have linked is an excellent choice that will give you a picture surpassed by only a few other plasmas. Go for it.
