The rumor is that Peter gets the symbiote by the end, but yeah. Feels sloppy. The MCU already established the cosmic universe, so couldn't they introduce Venom through that instead? But whatever. Feige is trying his best with Sony's dumb decisions.

I keep hearing that the second post-credits scene will have something to do with DS: MoM, whether it'll be a little tease or I've heard some people even say it'll be the whole finished trailer, which is reported to be coming out before the end of the year.

I'm sure if Feige had it his way with no limitations he'd probably do it that way, but Disney and Sony do have a deal so whatever stories with Peter Parker they want to tell they have to speed it up in some way shape or form, and Sony is gonna Sony; they do Venom, they will somehow introduce him into MCU in the weirdest ways for them to not use it. Because it was a literal afterthought

The first Venom movie's second credit scene was a 5 minute tease for Into the Spider-Verse, courtesy of Sony marketing. And NWH also has Sony makreting on it, so it wouldn't entirely surprise me if they were to tease another movie for the second credit scene again.

Venom was cool when Peter was only wearing a regular costume way back when.

The MCU Iron-Spider nanotech suit is so sophisticated that the Symbiote costume seems dated.

Besides being able to morph into regular clothing and limitless webs, what are the advantages in 2022/23/24, with Stark tech still available?

And does the MCU want to rehash the Tobey/Venom/It makes me a evil dancer story again?

Andrew shows up first halfway in and then Tobey a little while later. Sounds like they are in a large chunk of the film and appear in every scene that Holland is present in. Andrew talks about Gwen dying and it’s a very moving moment.

Charlie Cox as Matt has one scene, as Peter’s lawyer at the police station. That is his hand in the trailer shot we saw weeks ago.

Still waiting on confirmation of the death. The leak from the Korean dubber last week has Aunt May dying. That has been confirmed now.
