You watch* the GB (Group Buy) thread here, and when Kevin (aka @bluraysteel) will post the GB, you post as fast as possible what you want and from where you are (and want to receive it).
Keep in mind that the premiums are ALWAYS very limited in number, and such, it is very hard to get something (some are gone in less than a minute, no kidding).
Kevin will update in this thread when the GB will be (day and hour+timezone).
