Maybe, but Amazon UK’s version is also live for preorders. I preordered a copy last night just to be safe seeing as who knows what the Best Buy artwork will be right now.

Hopefully, but it's possible it really did go that fast. They may always open up pre-orders again or make it available on release day.

Regardless, Best Buy will definitely get one, possibly the same one, so I don't feel too bad for missing out here.

After the FFH puke-fest they had, I don't trust Best Buy to have a good one. Hopefully they prove me wrong.

Yeah, I currently have Amazon UK and Amazon.de on preorder, which I like that artwork as well, but I'm hoping to still snag this Zavvi one as I prefer this artwork. They both go well with the other two I have:



Huh...I just realized I did end up with the Zavvi FFH steel despite missing out on it initially. I thought I got a German one, but I must've cancelled that. Oops. That gives me hope, then.

Well they sent out emails this morning about it for pre-order so unless that was a mistake too?

Barf. That is literally the same image of Goblin from the Spider-man 1 dvd in 2002. And I've no idea what they've got Electro doing, it looks like they just dragged him onto the photoshop file with no thought on his positioning. Perspective for Doc Ock is also weird. But based on the marketing materials they don't have much to work with. One of the most visually dynamic characters in comics history and we've 2 movies now where the marketing art is just a complete joke.

I got no such email, but that's ok. I re-read the FFH thread just now, and it looks like they did another wave of preorders a few weeks before that steel shipped out. So...maybe I'll get lucky in a few months and be able to nab this. If not, I'm fine with the other. I do wonder what Best Buy's will be.

I received the email for this yesterday morning and it was already live at that time on the US website. I placed my order there yesterday.

Looks like there was some discussion on HDN about the price dropping on just the steelbook itself when you went to checkout, like the sweatshirt bundle (from the email) was incorrectly working on not the bundle... You know classic Zavvi stuff Maybe it was pulled to fix that pricing problem and will come back

A little annoyed at myself ����

Got the email through in the morning,
currently off work sick with a chest infection so had no excuse to miss it… -

and usually I’m pretty quick at snapping them up from Zavvi, and have been lucky this way for the last few years for the MCU films. Once was a lover off all things steelbook related - but just limit steelbook buying to MCU films now and the MonsterVerse.

But recently, with Black Widow and Shang-Chi - I need not have rushed so fast as those SB’s didn’t sell out so quick (don’t think the Black Widow steelbook ever sold out) PLUS - the last 2 Sony/Disney Spider-man films had steelbook exclusives available from both Zavvi AND HMV …..
So just didn’t rush as fast as I should have.

However, I decided maybe I should order 2-3 hours later after that morning email - and they had completely sold out
Great, we are back at things “selling out” again !

So my question to the you steelbook fans - usually, when does more stock come back in store ?!

Zavvi will most likely get more in. They did the same with The LOTR Steelbooks and even the StarWars steelbooks. But you have to be quick. Check everyday and sign up for their red carpet. It doesnt cost a thing.

You can Pre Order the Australian One its the same and cheaper and even if the Blu Ray is Region B you can still watch it in the UK if you don't have a region free. But All OZ 4K is region Free.
