Thanks for the update! I'll definitely get that.

Because nothing says Christmas is coming like a syphillitic inbred drug-addicted heir to a dying European dynasty riddled with insanity topping himself and his teenage bit on the side in a hunting lodge. Goes light on the literal physical decay of the Habsburg empire (by this time they would strategically stand footmen against the walls of the ballroom to hide the cracks and peeling wallpaper) to play up the opulence and spectacle but plenty of shots that would make good Christmas cards. Much better than its reputation with a nice transfer that does Henri Alekan's ravishing Scope photography justice but forced French subs.
That's right festive puts me in the mood for another Christmas movie, well at least it's got Jesus Christ, okay I know it's more an Easter movie.

Don’t see any reason to go for the mediabook over the Pulse/VS releases. Though I hope their Adorable Ginger release doesn’t have forced subtitles but just read a review mentioning three commentaries.

Any hardcore BDs/DVDs exclusive to Europe? I know the French DVD of Debbie Does Dallas is supposed to be the best one.

I thought it was great fun, some of the Disney/PIXAR stuff just tries to make folks cry and this felt more honest.

There's hundreds if not thousands of them. Not loads of theatrical BDs, you'd have to go to some specialist sites.

Sometimes they’re very good at it. There’s a reason that Up is my go to for idiots who proclaim that “cartoons are for kids”.

“Yes mate, yes. You just sit down over here while I put Up on for you. Oh this? Just a box of Kleenex, but don’t you worry yourself about that…..”

80s period-piece/coming of age tale, with John Hannah, Susan Sarandon and Lea Thompson. On paper it ticks all the right boxes for me, however, I found it a bit flat and cliched tbh, with heavily stereotyped characters. Didn’t live up to my expectations.

HD digital copy. Looks quite nice for a movie of its kind (TV-M). The background paintings and set designs at the North Pole are particularly lovely.

First time watching this series and while I can understand why people don't like this series I enjoyed it.

They're sold out sir! I was after all 3 , meant to buy all 3 from pretz-media shop but it didnt last more than a week there and then I'd thought I'll get only Cover A. One copy was available on Filmundo last week but @ €79.99 but passed it for the obvious reason!

I have only seen one version with that VS art mediabook of GL but wasnt aware there are other two versions, thank you!

DT- yeah, its high on my retro-p wishlist.

I'd recommend this one from D&T .. NSFW alert.

yep saw those too, if only they had English Audio I'd be more tempted,
fortunately for my wallet's sake, there's not that many with Eng track

the Django Nudo (Brand of Shame) is another one I'd get if it had Eng Audio
though which cover I would struggle to decide
