What is the best & worst holiday bonus you received from an employer?

I used to work at a place who would ask for freebies from our vendors for our Christmas Party. They would get swag from a lot of them and then some would just give cash and the company would buy gift cards. Since it was a travel agency, we would get free car rental certificates and free hotel stays and also free airline tickets. The company did drawings for the prizes, so not everyone would get something. Once I got an airplane model. I gave it to a co-worker who collected them. Once I got a "gimme" cap from a car company, gave it away to someone who got their t-shirt.

I used to get a $50 gift card from another department manager every year because I would always help them out when they needed it.
