Cool Doctor Who: Eve of the Daleks

Eve of the Daleks aired last night, and I was wondering when that is going to be released and if it is going to include the “bonus edition” as well.

I have created the movie, with artwork and it is still at this time pending.

A few hours after the original version aired, another version aired and it was 2 hours and 30 minutes, and it was titled: “Doctor Who Eve of the Daleks: Bonus Edition” where I guess included a few more scenes and bonus content and interviews in between. At first I was confused, because I thought that was the one. But I found two, one was an 1 and 24 minutes and then I found the bonus edition which was 2 hours and 30 minutes.

That’s interesting I’ll have to take a look.

To clarify: the main reason the “bonus edition” ran for over an hour more was because they showed an episode of the AMC+ series “Firebite” after it….for promotional purposes they attached it to the listing on the schedule and why DVRs would record 2 and a half hours…

There is no magic version of the episode itself that includes twice the running time and footage….the special itself is about 1 hr without commercials…the worldwide premiere version was a bit under an hour and a half with commercials…the “bonus edition” was two and a half hours as there were a few interviews from the cast about the episode interspersed with the commercial breaks and then an episode of “Firebite” shown afterwards included in the programming block…
