Q. I cannot find an item on the shelf, what should I do?
A. Ask to speak with the department manager or the duty manager, who will look up the information on his/her hand-held computer to locate the item in another store and he/she can have the item brought in for you.

Q. Can I place a special order for a product that you sell?
A. Ask to speak with the department manager or an assistant. They will contact the buyer with the information and make the necessary arrangements.

Q. If I don't find the product in one store, is it available in another store?
A. The department manager or the manager on duty has the ability to check on the availability of product within his/her district. If the department manager doesn’t find the product within the district, he/she should call the buyer with the UPC # or the item # of that product and the buyer will indicate other Walmart stores that carry the item.
