right just done a little test. the player only remebers ur last location on:

a: on some films only!! (tried 3, films all blu-ray - remembered on 1)
b: if the disk stays in the player. (as soon as u open that door, ur screwed!)

which lets be honest is pretty damn lame!!!

Most all players, if not all of them, won't remember where you left off on java-enabled discs. This is not just Samsung.

i'm trying to find the review where it says the bluray player remembers upto 5 or 10 disks. also what language it was written on dont mean jack! a friend of mine can litertally do anything with java.

Why is it the PS3 can remember but other players can't? Or can it? I seem to recall that it does.

i think the PS3 can. i put a disk (BD) in the other day and it carried on from where it was last. the samsung cant seem to do that. My guess is they never thought about it, as someone once said to be me before samsung dont test things properly, they just rush it out.
