I guess my fingers are crossed since it's a Sony/MCU collaboration film. Not quite the same as Venom 2. We'll see around the 2nd week of February if there is a 3 disc steelbook preorder from Amazon Japan. It was 8 weeks after Eternals released in theaters that the 3D disc was up on Amazon Japan.

Posted yesterday from tomsguide.com:
"Multiple outlets (such as Comicbook.com and Slashfilm) are reporting that Spider-Man: No Way Home is coming to digital (HD and 4K) on February 28, 2022, and they're crediting outlets such as Vudu and Amazon for the news."

Hopefully, Physical Blu Ray release date isn't far behind? March 1st looking more and more hopeful!

Mid-March for disc is more likely if the digital is late February.

This is up for preorder again.. I usually don't preorder steelbooks online but after getting burned on Halloween kills decided to jump on it now. If it's available in stores and mine comes damaged I'll just exchange it that Tuesday morning of release day.

You DID understand the main gist of my post and appreciate you and your post. I did have a private discussion with the person who interpreted my question and overall post as neurotic and my passion for collecting and that my passion for collecting both 3D & 4K versions of every Marvel film as warranting mental healthcare intervention.

I thought he was mocking me but he TRULY seemed concerned based on my current medical situations as an ear to listen. Thx for everone’s advice!

Just pre-ordered this and Eternals together.

Had a $50 gift card, so I ended up paying under $20 for them together.

Thx to your alert I snagged a 4K SB and cancelled my order from JB Hi-Fi! I was also able to use Best Buy & Capital One discounts to bring the total (with shipping) from USD $49.98 to USD $22.50

I FIGURED OUT MY MISTAKE! I was signed up to be notified when someone posted to the No Way Home thread but I had been receiving so much spam I had set the thread to only inform me of new posts once per day. No one wonder I was always behind. I changed the settings to IMMEDIATE notification and voila! Thanks for the help!!!

Grabbed this and Eternals. Push comes to shove I can just take them to the store for a refund. After Roger Rabbit, Halloween Kills, and Dune I can’t take chances anymore.

What do you guys think the back art will look like?
Something regarding spoilers perhaps?

they’re not gonna spoil anything, gotta remember there’s still people who haven’t watched the film,so buying this and having it spoiled for you before inserting the film in the player would be a slap in the face for those who haven’t watched it yet

Preordered this since it's finally back up for order, along with some other stuff that had been in my cart since I had a reward cert that was expiring this month. Haven't seen the movie yet but the reviews are good and the cover is awesome.

Got my pre-order in, too. Hopefully both this and Dune arrive undamaged.

Sorry for the long post, but I am in a bit of a dilemma at the moment and kind of wanted some advice. No Way Home pre-orders are for Shipping Only, again. I keep thinking, this is a Marvel/Sony steelbook so they should have at least a couple for retail stores on release day, right? This won't be another Dune. Right? I don't know. I missed out on Dune and Halloween because I intentionally didn't pre-order, thinking they'd be in stores, even if only a few, but those were never stocked. I thought about pre-ordering this just in case, but here's my problem and dilemma: If I pre-order, they usually have a limit on how many copies you can order (2 max). A relative wants one, so I'd have to order 2 - 1 for me, 1 for them - since I have rewards certificates and can get them at a discount.

But if I were to pre-order for shipping and they arrive damaged, like my last 3 shipped steelbooks, would I be locked out of in-store pickup to secure replacement copies come release day since I would have reached the "limit" on these (2 per customer)? If that's the case, I am not sure if it's worth pre-ordering or just waiting for release day for an In-Store Pickup for the 2 copies - if they even have any in stores? I ask because ISPU may come up morning of release (Tuesday). If the 2 shipped copies haven't arrived the day before (Monday), I'd consider ordering 2 backups for ISPU, waiting to see what shape the shipped ones arrive in, and then cancelling the 2 backup ISPU copies if the shipped ones arrive okay. If the shipped ones are damaged, I'd return those and keep the 2 ISPU copies.

BUT, again, I am not sure how the quantity limits work and whether or not this hurts your chances of placing an ISPU for back-up copies come release day (morning before stores open) in case your shipped copies arrive damaged. If I am locked out of ISPU, then I don't know if it's worth the risk simply relying on the shipped copies to arrive alright. Then, pre-ordering might actually be a bad idea for me.

What do you guys think? Anyone have prior experience with this and the quantity limits?

Question for those that pre-ordered recently: Do you have the "Cancel" order option under order details or is it grayed out for you? I'd rather do Store Pickup, but it's not offered. If I pre-order it (shipping only), and closer to release find out that stores will have this for sure, would I be able to Cancel the pre-order (for shipping) as I get those damaged too often in the mail?

I ask because sometimes folks have said that they can't cancel pre-orders and then I'd be locked in with the shipping option. Thanks to anyone who can clear this up!

It's based on the current status of your order; which can also change. You basically just need to keep checking back to see if the status changes and then cancel when/if it does. Even with it not being released for awhile yet, they still do this.

I've also done multiple in-store orders on steelbooks on release day and never had an issue getting locked or prevented from placing more than 2 orders.
