Disney isn't focused on UHD releases of Fox catalog titles. They've only done Speed and Home Alone, which people said were already prepared by Fox before the takeover.

Even if Disney ever does start releasing more Fox catalog titles, it'll be big ones like The Sound of Music, etc. Minor catalog titles like this will be way down the queue, sadly.

Unfortunately, I'd say don't hold your breath for this on UHD, or even for it to come back into print on BD.
Which is ludicrous, that's holding films hostage, and further begs the question as to WHY Disney even bothered buying 20th Century?? Other than to obtain their Marvel properties?
