One things that annoys me with fnac is that it is not easy to get in touch with them. Like you said, the chat window cannot be found or found a way to open it, while often it pops up when you don't need it.
Do you need an email address to contact them, because I might be able to find it.
It's unacceptable that they cut you off when you ask to speak to a supervisor.
I suggest you try one more time (last time) to explain the whole situation by email and see what they say.
I really hate that you spend a good amount of time to explain why you did certain things and put in all required details and they can't be bothered to reply to all of them and instead just reply to one of them. A good indication of bad customer service.

That whole thing of bonus amounts being credited back to you seemed quite dodgy from the beginning for me, which is why I did not pursue having another fnac card.
