Why do people always complain about titles being released on UHD as if it’s going to prevent another title from ever being released? Or like they’re being forced to buy it, or were tricked into buying it. I’m sure there’ll be other Stephen King adaptations coming to the format soon enough.

I don't think it's quite that.

I think it's just expressing the incredulity that great, well-made, popular titles remain unreleased, whilst other average, less well-made, small titles are released.

Dunno if I feel passionately enough about the film to double-dip so soon (I bought the Italian box set a few months ago with this, Silver Bullet, and Maximum Overdrive), but I'm always glad to see more King adaptations come to UHD.

Wow Stephen King’s Cat’s Eye gets a release that means we’ll never get the original theatrical versions of Star Wars now!!!
