The second episode in particularly filled with graphic rape, and terribly mean-spirited. It's flat-out hentai, with lots of mosaic censorship (and one particular vagina they forgot to censor), and before this upcoming BD, the only uncensored release it had ever gotten was a Hong Kong VCD, which had some shots included as extras in Discotek's DVD release.

Found in the vault, all of Oedo has been remastered for a new release, supervised by Director Kawajiri.

Japanese with subs are here, along with both versions of the classic dub!

Oedo needed a polish, this takes it to an entirely different level though.

My biggest question with Digimon is if they're going to re-do or look through the translation on the subbed set. I know they usually do but Digimon, for whatever reason, has a bunch of names and phrases that stuck around even though they're inaccurate.

The ovas are very poor adaptations of the manga with barely an appearance of the main villain the slum king and it being heavily condensed. say what you will about the devilman ovas but if they didn’t end at the second ova it could have been a close to perfect adaptation of the manga’s story.

On Gunbuster they did mention they were still in the dubbing process, currently working on episode 4, but they hadn't done any Noriko so they couldn't show off any Dub footage.

Funimation did the same thing with Kodocha. I am guessing to Funimation 26 episodes is considered as 1 Season no matter what.

To be fair, that soundtrack was the best thing Saban did in regards to Digimon
