Well, it’s very subjective, but I would put 70 as a more reasonable price for these. This volume has several “minor” Hitchcock films that probably aren’t top sellers, unlike vol. 1. I wouldn’t even consider 34.99 a piece, for instance.

Plus, I have all the Blu Rays from the Ultimate Collection, so even though the upgrades to 4K should be good, I’d rather wait a bit for a better price.

I want to reach the Amazon.ca chat window. They seem to change the path frequently. Does anyone know the current path or clicking route?

I want to alert them to a possible glitch. I wanted to pre-order Fire in the Sky, but it does not have an option for Free Shipping. It only has a single $4.98 shipping option. The item is being sold from Amazon and not a 3rd party seller.

Edit: It was just a temporary glitch. Free Shipping appears as an option now.

Chat window is hit or miss when you go through all the "Contact us" mumbo jumbo links.
Maybe it's only available during certain hours of the day or something.

However if you place the order and then e-mail them, they're usually pretty quick at getting back to you with a response.

I looked up the pre order for that and it's showing as free shipping for me, but I'm a Prime member so maybe that's why?

Just received my Scream (2022) 4K steelbook from Amazon and low and behold...not the steelbook. Somehow my order details no longer shows the steel nor references it. I search for the steelbook and it no longer comes up in the search. Yet i click the link from the Best Buy forum that i originally clicked and placed the order from, and it takes me to the unavailable steelbook.

That's a bummer. I Ordered from Amazon as well but it's not shipped yet (estimate of a week from now) and does still say steelbook on the item/details but is currently unavailable.

I got this one too quite a while ago and it arrived today. Thankfully, it’s indeed the steelbook, so Amazon.ca does have it.

I'm not a fan of these recyclable paper envelopes. 99.75% of the time the delivery driver will leave the package on my porch, just in front of the door and right in the path of anybody's foot who doesn't see it as they leave the house. This despite the fact that I have a big mailbox screwed into the side of the house right next to the door. But do you think they could put the package in the mailbox? Of course not! That would just make too much logical sense.

Getting back to my point. Because of their complete lack of any sense, if I should not be home at the time of delivery and it's either raining or snowing, my package could get soaked and may in turn become damaged.

But...the plus side that these new recyclable paper envelopes have is that they're not as wasteful as their plastic bubble mailers. The paper ones hold the item more snugly and doesn't give it a change to really move. Whereas their plastic ones are much too big and the items are always floating around in them. Any time that I've had to return a damaged disc I've always just put it back in one of those plastic mailers they use and then I'd fold it over and tape it up securely. The amount of plastic they waste is insane.
