Do not know why people hated 4 as it was a good film. No worse than the three previous ones. So I say bring on 5 and 6. And why not another studio, franchises change studio all the time.

I'd absolutely love to see a 4th one first.

I've heard rumors about Lucas and Spielberg going to be releasing a 4th one, I hope if they do release a 4th one that they get it right and not have anything stupid like aliens from space... *LOL*

I love the idea of a 5th Indy movie. I loved the 4th one, was exactly what a Indy movie is all about, fun.

What is funny is all those who hated the 4th one (still can't quite understand how they can claim to love the first 3 and pretend the 4th one is not the same

) will be the first ones in theater so they can be the first one on the forums going how this 5th Indy movie is crap, how Lucas as lost his mind and how he as raped their childhood

Poor liitle boys, they need to have a reason to live afterall and hating Lucas is the only thing they got left iit would seem

On topic, I think the Atlantis story line might be fun, having a father/son adventure like they did with Last Crusade.

Sounds more like you're talking about Temple of Doom to me.

Cause Indy IV was as good as the original. In every way. Even the baddies were as interesting.

Can't say the same about the baddys in Temple or Last Crusade thought.

People love to hate and spread it around the net. That's why they'll line up and hate on the movie. On topic, I'm intrigued by a 5th installment, but I want Harrison to be in the movie, if he's not, then the idea doesn't interest me that much.

does that really make sense? Maybe the movie just didnt turn out good? Isnt that a possibility? That rationale just doesnt compute with me.

I think they might go with a Indy/Mutt story line, I would not mind seeing that.

Well, if the time period between the first indy 4 rumor is any indication of when we'd be seeing Indy 5, Shia will have to take the lead (eek!) because Harrison will be dust.

Hopefully, they can make a solid announcement before I make any decisions about buying the first four on blu (not that that is happening any time soon). Just saying... it would suck to buy the four-pack and the fifth is announced a week later.

It would be very weird without Paramount putting it through. I wasn't a fan of the fourth but it's still Indy and hearing that music again in the theatre was all worth it and it will be again. If Indy 5 comes through.
