I picked up Dream a Little Dream. Hard to pass these up at their price points, even if this is a blind buy I have little excitement for.

I really appreciate the fact they (Vestron) left the original Vestron pictures logo intact compared to the updated Lionsgate logo that's currently streaming on YouTube and Tubi.

I wish Lionsgate would make an official announcement for trick or treat 1986. It would be an awesome release. I'm not to familiar with the vestron line so how far in advance do they usually announce upcoming releases?

Vestron releases aren't really announced any more. They either are spoiled by someone working on the project or just show up in retail listings and then word spreads. As far as how far out could we find out if such a project was happening? The farthest out that a title was spoiled I believe may have been 3 months. For a while releases were pretty consistently popping up around 8 weeks out, but it's not uncommon for there to be no word up until 4-5 weeks before release. In other words, if Trick or Treat is happening we won't know until it's practically upon us.. and when it comes to that particular title, I'll believe it when I see it.

I'd imagine they'll wait until the fall, especially with these being carried in WalMart.

Random WalMart shopper is far more likely to spontaneously grab a movie called Trick Or Treat in September or October than in April.
