Flesh Eater anyone have the Blu-ray how does it look?

It's a terrible movie, but I appreciate the Halloween flair. I have the DVD (in a zombie 3-pack), and I would upgrade to Blu if I could get it for the cheap prices mentioned earlier. But as it's OOP now, it doesn't look like that's happening. C'mon, Media Blasters, reissue this!

I couldn't tell if that was an April Fool's joke or what, but they appear to be taking preorders so I guess it's real, lol

I'm for it. Something I'll try to pick up cheap, but it's enjoyable enough that I'd like a nice new scan of it.

It's definitely not an April Fool's joke, got my copy in the mail a couple days ago. I haven't gotten a chance to watch the whole thing yet but I watched the first 20 or so minutes and have to say I'm very impressed with the transfer. Vinegar Syndrome got their hands on the original 16mm negatives and the results are quite good. Of course it's still a grainy film but the picture is sharp and the colors really pop. Definitely a significant upgrade to the Media Blasters blu-ray. The only real downside is there are special features that weren't carried over from the old blu-ray, but overall anyone who is a fan of this movie they should be very happy with this release.
