To be clear, this edition has the theatrical cut on 4K and the 116 minute international cut on blu-ray disc. You get both cuts, but only the shorter cut is on 4K disc.

I never meant to put words in your mouth; I only meant that I could not imagine anyone choosing to watch a movie on their phone when they had better options available to them. I tried to make it clear that my opinion was non-scientific and entirely anecdotal.

I certainly realize that people watch all manner of things on their phones and especially so when it is their only option. Personally, I would wait until I got home before I would slum it and view a movie on my phone, but that's just me.

This particular discussion should have remained a lighthearted affair. I am sorry that it became contentious.

Did you just call me a troll? I don't know if I should or take a to your home theater and leave you with only your phone for viewing movies.

You have shown yourself to be a gentle soul and I meant it when I said that I knew you had no malice.

For the record, I have never even watched a movie on my 65" living room TV. For more than 20 years I've had some form of front projector which means it's been that long since I've seen a movie on anything smaller than 100"....with the exception of documentaries which I admit I often watch on my phone.

Nope, I was referring to another thread that he had been scrolling through to discredit me. (Movie threads)

He is trying to make me out as the aggressor despite laying into me about being an elitist amongst other things.

As you know, I stick up for myself.

You lucky duck! I only have a comparatively small 85" TV; I'd be over the moon with a 100"+ screen.

Big screens spoil us. I find that any display smaller than what I have is a disappointment... even if the smaller display is of higher quality.

You didn’t address the post where you called members of this thread deluded despite being the one who is making up facts about movie viewership. But carry on sucking up to them now.

Are you trying to make me ? I can do that on my own without you causing me to have a bad case of projector envy.

Root Beer is NOT Ginger Beer. Must I teach you everything?

Root Beer is made from "the root bark of the sassafras tree Sassafras albidum..."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Root_beer

Ginger Beer is "produced by the natural fermentation of prepared ginger spice..."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ginger_beer

Root Beer:

"I just don’t believe discs will die in the coming decades.

I also don’t believe smart tv or projectors will die out in the next couple of decades like you seem to"

"The argument is that you claim People are watching movies exclusively on their devices and I don’t believe that is a big a thing as you claim, despite your antedotal comments."

The above quotes from you are the delusion that I was referring to. They do not resemble anything I have said...but you know that.....and besides, I thought we agreed to draw a line under this...You were supposed to ignore me..

When I was young and full of piss and vinegar like you, I probably would have written something as ridiculous about what I was willing to die for...and meant it.

I just turned 50 and have embarrassed myself enough by engaging a kid on the internet. You can have the last word son...Go ahead..
