I saw the cnet posting on the Aperion thread @ AVS. When I get a chance I'll post a few of the pictures on this site so people can see how they look.

On a side note; brown can you ask hicks if Aperion is coming out with a down firing 10 & 12... I noticed they came out with a down firing 8" and that might be a nice compliment for behind the couch placement in a 2 sub set up.

They just came out with a new 4BP to give people a something else besides just the 5DB-it is in the forum section where I just read about it. Will give Jason a shout about the down firing 10 and 12...get bach with you shortly.

Nothing in the works right now for a downfiring 10/12 sub.

Ok that's a cool Bipole speaker. It looks to similar in size to a 4B only on it's side. That's a very cool speaker for SRL & SBL for a 7.1 setup. And only $199ea. I might think about using those for my back 2 channels. I'll have to see the back of it fir mounting purposes.

Hey brown, do you know where I can find the pictures for the back of the 4BP? I'm curious to see the mounting options available for it. I might actually pick 2 up depending on how I can mount them to my back wall.

Thanks!! It's mounting is very similar to the 4B series I think. I do like the grooves on both sides of the terminals to help the speaker wire be flush against the wall. Thanks for the pic.

Very nice set-up. Sure wish I physically had the room to replace my current 634-VAC with a 6T as the center channel speaker. Maybe after I replace my current LCD DLP with a LCD or Plasma in my media room and go to a wall mount I can make the change. Hmmm, wonder if the spouse would "notice" the change? LOL!!

Thanks cdrsteve, I had a wall mount on other end and switched everything to the other side. I purchased a ceiling mount so I could squeeze another 6T in there. What a diffrence....if you can match all 3 speakers.

Brown, I noticed you added an Emo amp to your set up. How are your 3 fronts sounding now? And what was the immediate difference before the amp and now after having it?

Cisco- I have to say the Aperion 6T Towers enjoy the xtra power. 2 Channel and HT is better. Wife and son even agreed, so that helps. Believe it or not clarity is better, it was good before, more punch maybe is a better phrase and for some reason it just sounds fuller. We can hear more detail. Probably has a lot to do with the Denon just running 4 surrounds now...I am going to keep the Emotiva.

Good to hear. Even on the Aperion forums people have recommended the Aperion/Emotiva mix. So that's reassuring.

I will check in here. Proud Owner for a little over a year now. I have even recommended these speakers to a couple of friends of mine and they were so impressed they bought them as well.
