Finished the first season today. I thought it was great. That said I've never really cared for M.O.D.O.K. as a character prior to this. I remember him from the old Iron Man show from the 90's and I'd seen him in "Avengers EMH", but he's always struck me as one of those D-list characters that's too comic booky and silly even for the MCU. The basic problem of needing a hover chair because your head has physically grown too large for your body to support on it's own is in-and-of-itself a very silly idea, and that's a fundamental element of the character. I like how this show leans into that goofiness and portrays him as this bizarre, pathetic, ineffectual loser. I found it very funny and the show as a whole serves as a fun way to explore a loose collection of nigh-unusable characters from the Marvel universe. I'd totally be up for a season 2 of this.
