Definitely an awesome concept if done right. The E3 video was alittle awkward though they kinda said 1 person is the one who gives order then the rest have to follow? Its cool to have objectives and whatnot but the in game demo didn't show much shooting going on between people.

Those pictures may look great but the gameplay graphics in that video look TERRIBLE

Hope they're better than that & more like those pictures as it'll be somewhat of a letdown i think, they look like graphics you'd probably see on PS2 if not just a bit better & in betwen PS2 & PS3 graphics but not proper PS3 level graphics

I thought the gameplay graphics where pretty good. Im more concerned with smoothness than I am with the graphics at this point. The key selling points are going to be gameplay and the 256 players, not graphics.

The team is just now entering the polish phase. Graphics will continue to improve through beta and release.

I know we initially had enough interest for 2-3 Home clubhouses - think we could get 125 interested players?

graphically, i dont think anyone will dispute that, but gameplay is where mag will shine.

All the E3 screens. Supersampled so it wont be nearly this smooth but it still looks like they've changed the shadow rendering since the last showing.

I just saw about 2 minutes of this on the ps3 e3 videos last week and the scope of this game is beyond sick.

For someone to even THINK UP a game like this, they have to be true TRUE fans and I doubt anyone will be disappointed.

It's just a LITTLE BIT too much online gmaing for me, so I'm going to pass, but I'm here today to wish you all luck. If you are into this kinda thing, you are in for MONTHS of craziness.

didnt see it posted anywhere else, so i cant say as to how accurate this would be, but while browsing today, i noticed best buy has a release date of 10/27/09 for this! dont know why they would just make up a date, and no other site (at least the ones i can access here at work) have any date posted, but i thought that was noteworthy to post here, if its true, thats only 4 months and some change! i cant wait!

that is odd, not that im putting down your post because it could very well be accurate, or they could both be wrong, but i would think 10/27 would make more sense since it is a tuesday, and thats when new releases are out, but this is going to be a pretty big release, so it might get a special friday release date, who knows? im just excited to see 2009 dates!

I really don't know about releasing this game around MW2 time, it is Zipper and they have a rabid fanbase, but still, MW sold some 13 million and WaW some 11 million, I don't know if it would be smart to try to compete with that....

MW2 will be a big 360 game, not a PS3 game. W@W barely sold 500k in 2008 for PS3.

And a lot of the news for it has been pissing people off.
