I sure hope Once Upon a Time... When We Were Colored [1995] is one of the Republic titles! Great film, long OOP.

This thread really makes it clear how many Paramount titles are not on Blu-ray and a lot of them really GOOD titles. Now that Paramount has given Kino access once again lets hope it continues.

Looks like we have PLENTY of Kino titles coming out in the next 12-24 months.

I haven't been reading this thread long enough to have read every message. That said, thanks for the answer.

Insider - Excellent news on the Paramount deal and thank you for sharing!

Not sure if you can answer this, if not it's totally cool, but would this deal preclude Paramount titles that they've released to blu over the past couple years? Films like Ladybugs, Dead Man On Campus, The Odd Couple II, etc?

I finally broke down and picked up the Imprint releases of Sorry, Wrong Number and HUD, so you can all thank me later.

I don't think any one has mentioned Catch-22, which would be great. Two never before on DVD or blu that I'd love to see (although I'm not 100% Paramount holds the U.S. rights):

All the Way Home (1963)
The Bliss of Mrs. Blossom

Looking forward to whatever does get released from this new deal.

Not answering this question, Borsalino was not available, if I had to guess, it's with another label.

Can you also just confirm for the sake of my sanity that none of the UHD titles have been released in the Paramount Presents line by Paramount itself? I don't think it would make sense for that to happen but people will think to those titles unless it's directly denied.
All 4K titles will be making their debuts on UHD. All of them have been previously released on Blu-ray.

Damn. Hope it's not with Criterion. Either way, still hoping for some European films, and maybe we'll see The Mattei Affair.

I promise, my one and only question: Are any of these from the Paramount Presents line?

And I’d like to throw a vote in for any Elvis films.

Without going into any specific titles, would you be able to say if you have plans to make new transfers for any of the films which Paramount or Imprint already used an older master for on their Bds?

BTW, Days Of heaven could make for a killer UHD. Just sayin'.

They were not releasing stuff for a long time, WB was handling their library for years. They've been one of the busiest studios the last two years and have released lots of key titles for the first time on BD. And they will continue to release many others.
