Can someone explain to me the appeal of long beards? Guy walks into my building wearing a face mask and long white beard - dude looked like freaking Santa Claus lol. The masks make the beards stand out even more. I just don't get it.

Off tomorrow so I have to figure out what I'm going to do and sooner than that, I have to figure out what movie I'm going to watch tonight when I get home. I don't have all of my movies with me right now but if I did, I might go for Fury. If I wanted to watch another Brad WWII film, I could go with Allied. Hmmmmm...

Does moving somehow affect one's credit score? I moved last month and have already received a couple of emails from 2 of my CC issuers/debit card notifying me there's been a change because of the move

Sometimes lenders might take into consideration how long you have been at a current address but as far as your FICO score goes, no, that has no bearing on your score.

The score credit cards provide are not the actual credit scores lenders pull when you take out a loan. The scores you are seeing likely takes into consideration some things lenders look at which is why your score may have gone down. But again, that score is different from what your "real score" is.

It’s funny that when Hockey Playoffs start, lots of people seem to get involved.
I get digged at on the radio here at work by people I never have interactions with. They see me wearing Oilers gear so know I’m a fan so have to comment when the Oilers lose. They got pretty quiet last night but I didn’t say anything. I’m not like that, plus I don’t wanna put bad mojo on my team.

So much to do before my upcoming vacation the first two weeks of June. Time management has never been my strong suit. Four more days of work so that's something.

I bought a house just under two years ago
A couple of months ago, I discovered that the bank I had the mortgage with doesn't report it to the three credit bureaus.
That's some crap!
My score could and should be much higher!

Anyway, it finally sold and now I'm in a smaller place with no neighbors and no noise except for the forest/mountain/stream
It is great!
I own this place outright, so no mortgage payments, only the very low yearly taxes

What do you guys have planned for your vacation? Hopefully something awesome.

My first week and a half of June will be spent closing out the month of May and having meetings upon meetings and presenting May results. So while you're out having a great time, I'll be going through my monthly hell week at work. Yay.

Sorry to hear that beefytwinkie. I'm going back to NY to visit family, and help my daughter and her mother prepare for their big move to Washington. Not to sure how relaxing it's going to be, but this week's gonna be stressful I've got a million things to do and a lot of them takes place outdoors and the weather here looks to be rainy.

You know, I have a dishwasher at home and I never use it. In fact, the one time I was going to use it I couldn't because all of my Cascade pods had clumped together. Probably because I never use the dishwasher. It's funny, really. At the old place, I never had a dishwasher and hardly did dishes. It was disgusting. Now that I have one I don't use it and just wash things by hand.

Well, you're not going to be happy with me then. In just a few days I am off to football country to see Paul McCartney live. Then about a week after that, I leave to go to Palm Desert. Was going to Disneyland on that trip as well, but that has been postponed until the fall when it's better timing to go. Of course, I've got a cruise in the fall as well with a day trip to New York on that cruise trip as well. And I just went to Palm Desert/Disneyland/Disney World last fall. Thank god my mother was smart before she passed. Her estate and dividend have allowed me to go on so many trips I otherwise could not afford. Though the Palm Desert trips are all through my sister and her in-laws who have a place there we can stay at.
