I count the hallway outside my bedroom where I'd set up my little 8mm projector as my first HT, 51 years ago! In addition to showing the movies I'd take with my little Brownie movie camera, I'd buy Castle films. I've got a W.C. Fields chase scene from "Never Give a Sucker and Even Break" and a ten minute version of "Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein". I always wanted to buy a 35mm projector, which I doubt would fit in the hallway! Now I have a dedicated HT with front projection and 7.1 sound. I have a display area with various movie memorabilia, including that little Brownie 8mm camera!
